Electric Skychurch
http://www.skychurch.com
Upon returning from their successful "Electro-Duet" Tour, songwriter James Lumb and vocalist Roxanne Morganstern had to immediately track and mix their new album, but they made time enough to create an original track for a documentary on Bob Moog, the best, if not the biggest, name in music making gear. As it turns out the man behind the Moog is quite a fan of Electric Skychurch. Aside from giving James a special edition keyboard with a plaque in the bands honor, he insisted on included them in the feature on himself. "Endles Horizon", the track featured in the film, will be the first glimpse into the sound of the new album. The duo wrote their new LP while traveling throughout the world last year, working the new songs into their concerts night after night. According to Lumb, it perfectly captures their "bigger than life" live
sound, and promises to be their most beautiful and energetic record to date.
Electric Skychurch will be joined on the soundtrack by Snoop Dog, the Neptunes,
and the Cure. Check them out at the Winter Music Conference in Miami this year
at Ultra on March 6th!
